Plastic Man (Wikipedia) (プラスチックマン) is an American comic book super hero created in 1941 by Jack Cole for Quality Comics, more well known today as a character in the DC Comics universe. In 1958, Shigeru Mizuki made an unauthorized rental manga based on the character, albeit with an entirely different backstory and cast of characters.
