So, I just received in the mail NonNonBa, which is the last thing I needed (that would be useful) before I can tackle Mizuki's biography. On that note, since Mizuki's family often appears in his work, I've considered making pages for some of them, or at least making a really expansive "Family" page for him. Anyway, in case I decide to make a page for NonNonBa, do you think I should name it after her real name, or should I call it "NonNonBa" and rename the article on the manga "NonNonBa and Me" (it's original name)?
On an entirely separate note: on the front page you may have noticed a little block titled "Nezumi-Otoko's BiBiBi Tour". This is an idea of mine to have the help pages basically narrated by Nezumi-Otoko, which seems like something Mizuki would do if he ran his own wiki. I never did run this by you first, so I'm doing it now. If we do it, I'm going to use pictures of a Nezumi-Otoko figure I've ordered set in appropriate poses. Hello, please forgive my bad English, but I recently founded a Brazilian GeGeGe no Kitaro Wiki and would like to know if you and the other administrators would agree that our wikis are linked through interlanguage links. If you agree, I'll order right away.
Want your opinion on this before I make a decision. So... first there was a Shinigami in "Kappa no Sanpei". He had to collect souls to meet a quota. Then there was "Salaryman Shinigami", a manga all about a Shinigami who has to commute from Hell to Earth to meet his soul quota. This Shinigami was a wife and son. looks exactly like the "Sanpei" Shinigami. Then there was a Shinigami in the "Kitaro" manga. This Shinigami looked like the other two but he had more typical evil yokai plans of world domination and stuff.
Then the 2nd "Kitaro" anime came along and combined the "Kitaro" Shinigami and the "Salaryman" Shinigami into a single character, Shinigami 42. In fact, the 2nd anime covers the entire "Salaryman" story, wife and son and all, so he's almost literally the same character from "Salaryman". Then the 2007 anime had Shinigami 99, who also had to meet his quota and also had a wife and son and also looked exactly like all the others. However, though his life was exactly the same, 99 had his own original story.
So my question is... Do you think all 4 of these Shinigami should have their own page? Or should only the "Sanpei" and "Salaryman" characters have their own page, with sections about 42 and 99 on the "Salaryman" Shinigami's page? I think "Sanpei" and "Salaryman" should have their own pages, since they have more content from being in several works already. I'm not really sure where 42 and 99 can be put, since their stories do sound exactly like how the other two are, I guess you can put sections in the formers' pages respectively.
