Bin Shimada (島田 敏, Shimada Bin), born November 20, 1954, is a Japanese voice actor from Niigata. He is best known for voicing Paptimus Scirocco in Mobile Suit Z Gundam, Hemu Hemu in Nintama Rantarō and Maruko's Grandfather in Chibi Maruko-chan

In the GeGeGe no Kitarō franchise he voiced Konaki-Jijii and Nurikabe in the 2018 anime. Prior to that, he briefly served as Medama-Oyaji's voice actor (2012-2017), voicing him in various small projects, including the 66th NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen and the film Yo-kai Watch: Shadowside Oni-ō no Fukkatsu. In Hakaba Kitarō he voiced Kitarō creator Shigeru Mizuki.

Shimada also voiced numerous characters in the 1996 and 2007 series.

  • Following Takeshi Aono's death in 2012, Shimada took over many of his major roles, including Maruko's Grandpa in Chibi Maruko-chan and Kami in Dragon Ball Kai. Shimada even inherited the role of Medama-Oyaji from Aono, whom had taken the role briefly after Isamu Tanonaka's passing in 2010.
