The Bell of Dream Control (夢繰りの鈴 Yumekuri no suzu) was a bell used by the Dream Bell Girl in the 2018 anime.
Description[]
The Bell of Dream Control's appearance is that of a normal jingle bell, with a piece of string attached to the crown. It is about the size of a little girl's palm, being gold in color and allows the user to have various powers over dreams.[1]

It originally belonged to Makura-Gaeshi, where it was used to kidnap children to the Dream World so he could eat them. However a monk managed to defeat him and stole the bell, where it remained in his possession until it was eventually given to a little girl, so she could at least have good dreams, as they sacrificed her to a river god to stop a flood. It stayed in her possession where she saw the depressed and miserable lives of several adults, bringing them to the Dream World where they could play as children with her. She then used it to stop Kitarō from ending her plan. It was soon broken by Medama-Oyaji, where the two halves are still kept by the girl, but is unable to use any of its powers.[1]

Dream Manipulation: As its name implies, the bell allows the user to control dreams. When it is activated, a ringing sound is heard and whatever the user desires happens. Among such are turning adults into children, creating a mecha from Akinori's painting and changing the user's appearance.[1]
Dream World Crossing: It is capable of summoning a rainbow bridge, allowing the user and those they bring to the Dream World. Both Makura-Gaeshi and the little girl had used it to kidnap people, children in the case of the former and adults for the latter.[1]
